Knotty Pines has two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other large bedroom has two queen size beds. If you need extra sleeping room there is a double futon on the middle floor!
Additionally, the top floor has a full bath with a shower and tub and the middle floor has a full bath with a tub. All linens and towels are provided for your full convenience.
Knotty Pines has a complete kitchen with microwave oven, automatic coffee pot, dishes, glasses, silverware, full refrigerator and pots and pans.
Just bring your clothes and food!
For those "down" hours we have Satellite TV complete with 30" TV for your enjoyment. The basement has a washer and dryer as well as a ping pong table!
A large deck off the main floor features a large barbeque grill, a hammock, tables with a sun umbrella, and chairs and loungers for your relaxation and pleasure.

There is a one time cleaning charge of $50.00 for cleaning your cabin on the day you leave. Thet will do all your laundry
and clean the cabin. You are responsible for washing your dishes and removing all your trash

We require a $100.00 refundable deposit at time of reservation. When the cabin is left clean and ready for the next
vacationer your deposit is quickly refunded. Full payment plus any applicable taxes must be paid 60 days prior to your
visit. Require 60 day notice of cancellation for any refund.
Rentors are completely responsible for their guests and families. Pets must NEVER be left alone in the cabin.
