Basic Information:
We require a $250.00 refundable deposit at time of reservation. There is a one time cleaning fee of $75.00. The cabin will be cleaned the day you leave. You must do your own dishes and remove your trash. When the cabin is left clean and ready for the next vacationer your deposit is quickly refunded. Full payment plus any applicable taxes must be paid 30 days prior to your visit. Require 60 day notice of cancellation for any refund.
