Two bedroom, two bath comfort for up to six. Completely furnished including satellite TV, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, washer, dryer....just bring your clothes and food and you are ready!
Knotty Pines has two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other large bedroom has two queen size beds. Additionally, the top floor has a full bath with a shower and tub and the middle floor has a full bath with a tub. All linens and towels are provided for your full convenience.
A complete kitchen with microwave oven, automatic coffee pot, dishes, glasses, silverware, full refrigerator and pots and pans. Just bring your clothes and food!
For those "down" hours we have Satellite TV complete with 30" TV for your enjoyment. The basement has a washer and dryer for your convenience!
A large deck off the main floor features a large barbeque grill, a hammock, tables with a sun umbrella, and chairs and loungers for your relaxation and pleasure.

There is a one time cleaning charge of $50.00 for cleaning your cabin on the day you leave. She will do your laundry and clean the cabin. You are responsible for washing your dishes and removing all your trash
Basic Information/Terms of Rental:
We require a $100.00 refundable deposit at time of reservation. When the cabin is left clean and ready for the next
vacationer your deposit is quickly refunded. Full payment plus any applicable taxes must be paid 30 days prior to your visit. All cancellations require 30 day notice for any refund and incur a $25 administrative fee to cover credit card company charges.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you make a reservation with less than 30 day notice and then cancel there is a $25.00 administrative fee.
Rentors are completely responsible for their guests and families. Pets must NEVER be left alone in the cabin.
